There is nothing better than hearing how the book is helping parents across the UK, as well as overseas. Additionally, it is lovely to receive positive reviews from those that specialise in ADHD, such as ADHD therapists, doctors and media. Together, we are all helping make a difference within the ADHD community.

This is a review from Victoria Page, the creator of ADHD in Children Support. Below is an overview, the fully article can be read on their website – https://adhdinchildrensupport.com/

Overview: Review of Top Recommended ADHD Books

With so many books on how to parent children with ADHD, it can be challenging to know where to start. Therefore, ADHD in Children Support compiled their own list of Top 5 Books on ADHD for Parents.

Here you can read about the books that came out top with parents who gave their feedback. Furthermore, ADHD in Children Support have written an overview of the books. As well as listing some of the quotes which they found particularly helpful.

Of the top five books, Victoria has picked ‘How NOT to Murder your ADHD kid – Instead Learn how to be your own child’s ADHD Coach’ as her favourite, primarily because of the humour.

Comments by Victoria Page

Personally, this is my favourite so far. I think it’s brilliant. Probably because I like humour to get through my day and this has loads of that. The insight that she has from having ADHD herself really helps to put the points across. This is my new go-to book for sure.

Other feedback I received has also given high praise to this book and said how much this book has helped them recognise the signs and symptoms of ADHD in them. It is genetic after all.

At the back of the book, there are many more testimonials from so many other readers. The age range of the children discussed here is between 10 and 37 years old (Not including adults who are reading this for themselves to help with their diagnosis including a lady of 62!).
